I help in choosing the optimal form of business, setting up a selected company, preparing resolutions, concluding contracts, etc.<\/p><p>The key business decisions are usually accompanied by the conclusion of an appropriate contract. Each of these agreements has specific legal and tax implications.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">It is very often taxation which shapes the entire transaction, irrespective of whether you wish to establish a company, purchase shares or real estate.<\/span><\/p><p>Presenting a contract to a tax advisor after signing it (instead of before signing) can lead to many problems and losses especially if we are talking about contracts with foreign entities.<\/p><p>The issues related to withholding tax or applying the correct VAT rate (if you sell something to consumers), for example, have become more and more important.
