It is very often taxation which shapes the entire transaction, irrespective of whether you wish to establish a company, purchase shares or real estate.

Presenting a contract to a tax advisor after signing it (instead of before signing) can lead to many problems and losses especially if we are talking about contracts with foreign entities.

The issues related to withholding tax or applying the correct VAT rate (if you sell something to consumers), for example, have become more and more important. It is worth checking before signing a contract to ensure it won’t cause any problems.
